On Thursday April 9th, from about 8:20 PM to 8:23 PM an EF-0 with winds of approximately 80 MPH touched down in Nixa, MO. Trees and fences were damaged, as well as some minor damage to homes.I opted to not go out last night because it was a night time event with heavy precipitation, and I wasn't feeling so well. I was at home last night, on the phone with my dad about that time, and it was pretty nasty in Nixa.
