As expected, severe storms are possible today. The Storm Prediction Center has issed a Severe Thunderstorm Watch until 10pm from areas in Central OK, all the way up through NW MO. My wife works tonight, so I'll be helping however I can from the house.
Be safe all.

Nothing like a wet firecracker...
the best kind of severe weather.
No kidding, especially when it's coming in after dark.
NE MO had some issues last night though. Injuries and overturned cars...that's ugly.
St. Louis just got rain and lightning. Course it played havoc with one of the repeaters that I am a control op of but the rain always does that.
Max...
Max, we ended up having another undetected tornado in our area that night. That's the 3rd one in about 5 months. Another EF-0.
Here's sniderman's blog post on it: http://the2dollarbill.blogspot.com/2007/10/october-2-storm-damage-in-ozarks.html
